The coating of ordinary Sublimation Aluminum is much thinner and the printing color is much lighter. The surface coating is not perfect as HD, each sheet will have defects, such as some small spots, dust, paint residue, micro holes, etc., these problems when making some darker images will be more obvious. If you want to increase the transfer rate by increasing the pressure or prolonging the transfer time, the surface will be burned with marks, especially on the darker images.
